Your order will be delivered via your local postal service. Orders are dispatched within 48 hours, and delivery typically takes 6–14 business days worldwide.

In some cases, delivery may be delayed by a few days due to postal restrictions or unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your understanding and will always do our best to ensure your NOVA products arrive as quickly as possible.

WHERE DO YOU DISPATCH ORDERS FROM?

We hold inventory in the United States, United Kingdom, Germany, and Asia. If an item is temporarily out of stock at your nearest location, we may dispatch your order from another warehouse to ensure the fastest possible delivery.

All customs duties and clearance fees are fully covered by NOVA, so you will not be required to pay any additional fees. Worldwide delivery usually takes around 7 days, though in rare cases it may take up to 14 days.
